My right side clavicle bone was featured and Right side 4ribs also fractured..tretment taken for ribs, is surgery required for clavicle bone pls suggest..

It depends on the pattern of fracture of the clavicle and if there are any associated complications such as nerve injury, floating shoulder or impending soft tissue rupture. Usually, the clavicle or the collar bone does heal very easily without any surgical intervention and malunion is not of much concern here.
