My mother is having CKD. She is on medication since 2017 under consultant Dr Hilal Ahmed Malla of Fortis Amritsar. Now her sodium is 158, creatinine 1.6 Sugar fasting 348. She has pain on lower back right side

She needs urgent admission under nephrologist I don't think this can be manged at home if reports are correct So don't waste time and get admitted Thanks Regards

She needs to consult a nephrologist in order to manage CKD and electrolyte disturbance. Her blood sugar is very high. She has to be started on Insulin if not yet on it.
