I'm having headache frequently and my scalp(whole of my head) pains when touched/pressed.i get headache twice or thrice a week and it's a sudden headache and its intense.

Need to get checked up and test required. Start doing regular exercises and walks. Daily meditation for 15-20 mins. Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. Relaxation therapy. Sos painkillers
