Chronic fissure
My brother is suffering from fissure since last 3 months . He is been advised surgery but he is afraid of surgery . Is there any alternative for surgery .he has hypertension .Can he use sulphate la cream which he was using earlier it had got him some relief.

If your brother is afraid of surgery ,he should use
Anobliss cream twice daily for few weeks which will help increase the blood supply to the affected area and promote healing.
