Chronic cough

My wife is suffering from dry cough for 2 weeks and she has frequent dry non productive coughs. Pls see attached reports kindly advise.

She has hypothyroidism. Blood report is normal. No evidence of acute or chronic infection. Please consult with a General Physician in your area. A physical examination is a must before proceeding further.

She has hypothyroidism she needs to start medicine for that. Need to take before prescribing. Dry cough needs to be evaluated..... for that i need to ask her few questions before coming to a conclusion.

Hopefully she is already on medication for hypothyroidism, if not then start it. Better to get proper consultation.
