My total cholesterol is 223 and cholesterol hdl is 50. What thats mean. Its high or low. How to control cholesterol.

Except for border line increase in cholesterol your reports are normal.avoid fatty food and go for brisk walking for 40mts daily.

Total cholesterol is definitely high which can b taken care by healthy diet, decrease fatty food, and exercise regularly.  HDL is good.. But now triglycerides matter which u haven't mentioned.
