Chicken pox marks

I got chicken pox 1.5 month ago. I took proper medication but it has left me with lot of marks. On stomach and other parts of the body, the scars are dark. Blackish in periphery and lighter in center. On face also, there are marks but they are not blackish. My doctor advised me to apply Melalite 15 but I got red rash on face after it's application but not on other body parts. I am not able to consult my doctor due to lockdown. Please suggest which ointment should I use for removing marks. I am using coconut oil nowadays.
