Chest pain daily from last 4 months. Pain changes location often but mostly happens in left hypochondriac region and epigastric region. My ecg tmt and 2d echo are normal. I can easily run 6-7 kilometers everyday. My question is if thjs pain was cardiac would I be able to run 5-6 km everyday?

It could be a non cardiac chest pain if your recent ECG ,stress test and echocard. are normal. It could be a non specific pain or related to gastrointestinal tract.Do an ultrasound scan of the abdomen which may be able to determine the cause of the pain.
