I got fat in chest its not much fat by as i m a slim guy it doesnot luk good...can u suggest me any exercises and foods...???

hello dear, thanks for sharing your concerns. Extra deposited chest doesnt look good and often termed as man boobs. This is generally due to hormonal imbalance and improper way of eating.
