Chest congestion (phlegm)

I am a breastfeeding mother of a 2 month old. I have a congested chest and can hear wheezing sounds when I breathe in and out which is making me cough, sometimes the phlegm comes out is yellow or of no color. I used a asthalin nebulizer got a relief at that time later it increased.
