Hi ...I ve a tiny hole inside right cheek beside third molar and that tiny hole always filled wid blood..dat area will not bleeds only that hole is always filled wid blood.its look like tiny hole..from past one week am observing...it's not ulcer,I don't cheek bite ..it's not paining .I don't ve any symptoms.i don't chew tobbacco etc ...
