Cervix shortening

Hi, I had my anomaly scan at 19 weeks and my cervix was 3.5 cm.Later, I got a scan because of fluid leakage after one week cervix was 2.9 cm closed.Fluid leakage was not amniotic fluid but normal discharge.Ive been put on progestrone by doctor.Is bed rest reauired at this stage? Should I stop going for walk?

If it is amniotic fluid then  you should repeat  sonography  and consult gynaecologist  personally

Yes you definitely need to rest as your gestational age is very less and you have started leaking. Shortening of cervical length is not good and you may also require a cervical suture
