Cervix length 3.1 cm in pregnancy

My cervix length is 3.1 cm in pregnancy at 5 weeks.Is it normal or something to worry about. Do i need regular follow ups. Should i stop doing any physical activity??

It is normal Length more than 2.5 cm is normal And you do not need to worry about something which is normal
