Cervical neck pain

I have cervical neck pain radiating to both hands from 2 months,my calcium level is normal. I have attached mri report. Is traction use indicated? I have consulted neurologist who suggested me not to use traction as it would worsen pain,I have also consulted orthopedician who suggested me to use traction Will physiotherapy be helpful -ultrasonic and TENS

This treatment is being suggested   on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --.
