Dear Doctor, My right back neck portion is paining since yesterday when I lifted heavy stool with the help of single right hand and was running after delivery of the same. I can't bear with this muscular pain. Can you suggest any ointment for instant relief. As I have to join my job today. I tried with Patanjali Balm and Iodex, but no relief at all.
