Cervical length 3.04 cm

Hi , my wife recently took NT scan at 13 weeks where she had Endocervical length of 3.04 cm , is it normal, Doctor haven't prescribed any medicine or discussed anything about it, Doctor asked us to come to next scan at 20 weeks? Is cervical length is in normal range, My wife  also has increased uteroplacental resistance as per scan  for that doctor gave Ecosprin 150 but nothing has been discussed for cervical length, kindly help us
