Cervical Length 2.8cm for 17 weeks 4Days

My Wife is 17 weeks and 4 Days pregnant and her cervical length is 2.8cm and it's her 1st pregnancy, is this something concerning or do we need undergo any other treatments. Please also suggest some do's and don'ts.
