Cervical cerclage

2025-02-20 04:30:05
Hi, I'm 18 weeks pregnant and had a cervical cerclage done at 15 weeks with cervical length 2.8 cm due to previous cervical incompetence at 20 weeks in 2021. I have severe PCOD and conceived through a laparoscopic procedure in August, followed by IUI. My doctor advised me to work from home with regular breaks, but I'm afraid of sitting for long periods. Can I work for the rest of my pregnancy, and what activities can I do?

You can work but it should not be heavy. Don't lift heavy weight. Do some work and then some rest.
