Is Cervical Cancer vaccination mandatory? How effective is it at the age of 27? Can you please suggest if it's required and if so, the procedure for it.

It is active against new infections but cannot protect from already acquired infections Hence we suggest between 9 to 13 yrs for maximuk efficiacy.. It can be used up to 40 yrs of age though enough data supports it before first sexual exposure.. Meet a nearby oncologiat for better guidance

Cervical cancer vaccination is not mandatory, but recommended. Though the maximum efficacy is seen when administered in the early years of sexual activity, efficacy is seen in late 20s as well, so you may go ahead for it. For further details please consult
