Hi,
I would like to know if you have any complaints. A CBC without any symptoms is not really going to help you.
The parameters are mostly within normal limits. You probably have a mild deficiency in iron levels ( low mcv and mch) but that's nothing to be worried about.
A balanced diet should help you out
