This is mother cbct report, she has thrice failed rct on front teeths of lower jaw. What does this report indicate??

Hello sir, There are multiple issue to be treated like re-rct of teeth infected, extraction of the retained root stump and so on. So do get back to your dentist and proceed with the treatment necessary.

32,41,45 have periapical radiolucency means underlined infection.. These must be extracted  for prolonged solution. Then go for fixed or removable denture
