After reviewing the CBC report, there is anaemia, to make and confirm the diagnosis you need some additional tests like iron profile, peripheral smear examination.

Low iron causing low blood (haemoglobin). Her age this is usually due to heavy periods causing blood loss.
Do the following,
1. Ferrous sulphate 200mg once a day for 8 weeks
2. Repeat blood test CBP after 8 weeks
3. If heavy periods causing the low iron, consider seeing a Gynaecologist.

• Equivalent to 100–200 mg elemental iron daily
Take:
• On empty stomach (if tolerated)
• With vitamin C

Duration:
Minimum 3 months
Continue 1–2 months after Hb normalizes.

Low Haemoglobin. Please share details of her medical history. Give her more of fresh green leafy vegetables, beetroot, pumpkin, pomegranate, apple, orangesyp R.B. tone 5m.l. morning and evening for 4 weeks.
