CBC and ESR

2025-09-05 06:30:15
On my routine tests, my ESR came back high at 58. It has been persistently elevated, as my previous report a few months ago showed 49. Other tests, including kidney function, liver function, urine, and CBC, are all within normal limits. Since my ESR has risen from 49 to 58 without any obvious cause should I be concerned?

No...don't waste money for reassurance by getting tests done again and again. Better wait and watch for symptoms .. if joint pain or something like that happens feel free to consult me.

High Esr only indicates some chronic health issue,  may be like just mild weakness, bodyache. Share if you have any problem,  otherwise if all other test results are normal,  nothing to worry.

Increased ESR means inflammation and infection. If there are no obvious abnormality in other blood investigations, Regular followup is enough

ESR isn’t specific test for any disease. It is always correlated with findings & other blood test for the diagnosis. Also I have an expertise in diet related diseases. I can settle down ESR with few changes in diet even if any disease isn’t there. Reach out for further assistance.

Hello Ma’am, ESR is a non-specific test and can remain high due to inflammation, stress, or even minor infections, but since all other reports are normal it usually isn’t a cause for major concern. With a few more tests and proper follow-up the exact reason can be clarified, and most cases like this improve with management. For free consultation, save my number and you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.
