My son is 2.6yrs old and his teeths are having problem like enamel is removing and teeth color is becoming off white and brownish. What should I do?

This is a typical case of early childhood caries. Basically reason is making the baby sleep immediately after feeding and milk being pooled up around the teeth the whole night.

It is early childhood caries or nursing bottle caries. This needs immediate attention to avoid further spread. Carious tooth needs to filled with restorative cement. Baby is 2.6 year old.we need to preserve teeth for another 6 year till permanent tooth errupt.
