Hello sir, if you have severe pain then please consult a proper x ray will be taken which will more specifically tell you about the problem ,treatment options will be given and proper medication will be given .please avoid self medication it would work for the time but is harmful for long run. hi,you should go to dentist as early as possible. becoz pain is the symptom of any infection that needs to be taken care.you can take Dolo 650 just to relieve from fever and body pain also it relieves temporarily the tooth pain.After that you consult nearby dentist for proper remedy.
