My relative has to undergo a Cataract surgery and one of the doctors is suggesting robotic instead of manual. We are a bit worried and wanted to know which is better. Manual surgery or robotic.

Both are good, the major difference is the cost. Robotic surgeries are more expensive than manual ones

Manual surgery gives very good results.  Robotic surgery is unnecessarily expensive and outcome is not very different.
