Ideally most of the stone have calcium content into it. Make sure u not taking any calcium supplement. Secondly u shud take around 5 litte water. Also u can try having barley water early morning to prevent further development of stones.

A diet high in salt (sodium) causes calcium to build in your urine. Too much calcium in your urine can lead to new stones. It can also cause your bones to weaken. Include the right amount of calcium in your diet. If you decrease your sodium content can be helpful in the near future.. You can consult with me for a personalised diet plan.
