I want to rule out every cancer which develops in abdomen and pelvis including spinal cancer, colon cancer and bladder cancer, which tests should i take? Reason: I've been having pain in right flank and stomach which is travelling everywhere and i have intermittent pain in my groin area and since 5 days, I'm having lower back pain and weakness in legs with loss of appetite. Ps: i had ct scan of abdomen and pelvis which showed nothing and i had ultrasound which showed uti at first time and it showed nothing when i had ultrasound for the second time

At your age of 22 years , it is unlikely to be a malignant cause unless you have very strong family history of colon cancers . Meet with a physician first for a proper physical examination for your symptoms , before doing any imaging tests yourself.

Please meet a physician in person for detailed clinical examination and necessary workup.. Cancer is not the cause of every symptom..
