Can we eat Fruits and Rice together?
I see lot of advice given to eat vegetables with rice, but not fruits with rice.
Does weight increase if both fruits are rice eaten together? Does it increase if fruit is eaten first followed by rice? Or Does it increase if rice is eaten first followed by fruits? Should we totally this combination?
It's better to have fruits and rice at diffrent times because of difference in digestion process because both differ in their carbohydrate composition.
in general there should be minimum 1 to2 hr gap between your rice intake and fruit intake. As per mine knowledge..

Fruits always should be taken separately because they are either water soluble or fat soluble, combining fruits with other meal cause loss of nutrients. So have both of them separately

Gud evening try to have fruits on different time of the day not along with rice. Try to have it either in mid morning snacks or post lunch time rather, but after one hr of having lunch.
