Hi , Today I need to take vitamin d3 tablet 60k , can I take after had non veg food chicken , right time to take d3 60k syrup architol.. daily I am taking ccm in afternoon , so today should I avoid ccm and took my d3 60k in afternoon or night .

Vit d is a supplement which is better  soluble in oil rich /fat rich food. Whenever you have fatty meal or oil rich food please take it,be it post lunch or dinner.
