Can it be ibs??

Hi doctor, It has been more than year since i am having sudden motion, multiple time a day... had few episode of blood ( just one pintch or drop max). Lost weight around 5 6kg last year but then gained around around 11kg this year suddenly... I am illness anxities paitent also under treatment of this since 3 years. I had just visited general surgeon once last year when had episode of blood ins stool and he examined anus physically and said nothing much. I did 3 times stool test and all came clear But i am still having gastric time to time and specially when i am thinking about stool much... All normal blood tests are also normal.. Can i now conclude that i might have ibs after this much duration?? I have told all mine symptoms 100% correct... Please suggest..

Could be, but blood in stool is rare finding in ibs. Kindly consult for further management

Such little amount of blood noticed Don’t think any thing serious about it Couod b anorectal fissure / haemorrhoid / GI infection If it increases then do get examined by s gastro surgeon
