If you have not any problem then do not take any medicine up to 4 , 5 months. Only take healthy diet which is good for you  and baby. If you have not any problem then start any ayurvedic medicine after  6 month of delivery.

Usually take Dasamoolarishta and Jeerakarishta 30 ml twice  daily for two weeks for post  delivery care .
