Can I get pregnant

I have pcod. My endometrial thickness is 7mm. RT ovary volume is 13.2 cc and left ovary volume is 11.2 cc.there is no dominant follicle. Can I get pregnant ? Is there any chance for infertility? Is there any complications to get pregnant? I want to know about it please help me

USG findings suggest bulky ovaries.For PCOS patients anovulation ( no proper Ovulation occuring ) is the cause.You will need help for the same. along with that you need to excercise an diet modification.
