Accordingly the treatment plan will be worked out. From the images sent it appears there is not much need for surgery. Again , only an orthodontist who has done ortho surgery cases can assess it properly. Braces should work fine. The final result will depend on the mutually agreed treatment plan between you and the orthodontist
