Calories in rice

A. How claories does 100g of normal cooked white rice contains? B. How many clories does 100g of cooked brown rice contains? C. Does brown rice is healthier than white rice?

There is not much difference in calories but fibre content is high in brown rice. But if you take white rice combination of green leafy vegetables or whole pulses salads  then it's ok. There is not much difference in calories . Just fibre content is higher in brown rice . So it releases sugar lower than white rice . Less amount will make you feel full . Chat directly fr proper guidance and help
