Your symptoms are suggestive of nerve compression in lower back which is causing referred pain to your calf muscles as the nerves supplying the leg originate in lower back. The cause of nerve compression is most likely a disc issue at your age- needs confirmation through detailed history and examination findings.
Next Steps
Get an orthopedic consultation for greater clarity about your issue. Relevant tests/medications can be advised after the consultation. Best of luck.

Back pain may be due to various reasons (arthritis, disc prolapse, nerve compression, muscle spasm, fibromyalgia, to name a few). If your back pain is worse at night or early morning, or is associated with stiffness, then it may be due to Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis)
Next Steps
If you have these symptoms, then consult a Rheumatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment

Get your self checked by Orthopedic surgeon. They check your spine hip and legs and based on that few medications and vitamins. If needed some x rays and arthritis blood tests would be done.
