Calcium and vitamin D deficiency

I've got calcium and vitamin D deficiency and have been taking some medicine for it and was wondering if having cod tablets would be beneficial for me besides milk and medicine? If not, is there anything else I can do?

Hello user yes all this is fine cod tablets are also good you can use for a matter of 1 month and then discontinue it but yes one things you can do is take 1 sweet lime everyday as it helps in the absorption of calcium and second take 1/2 tsp of white sesame seeds and 1/2 tsp of jeera after meals .. this will help you in calcium and VutakinD absorption

Hi You can meet your calcium requirements by taking a milk twice a day and a curd once a day. And for Vitamin D you need to take a supplement that is once a week after discussing with doctor n showing reports.
