C section pain after 5 years of delivery

I have sharp burning and sensitive sensation on the site of c section from last 5 years I met many doc had my tests done everything is normal they just told me it's normal to have some pain on the sites..only pain killer they suggests and not to lift heavy objects.. any suggestions
