From yesterday I m feeling burning sensation and light pain on one of nipple. No discharge, nothing. If it is for hormonal changes then how long should it be last?? When to worry ?

Usually this is premenstrual and subsides once periods come but if it persists or becomes worse, consult a breast surgeon.
