Burning sensation instomach

Do i really have a ulcer ?? I have this burning sensation in stomach early morning and also a back pain, specially after eating spicy and wrong food Yesterday night i had food very late night and m having burning sensation in stomach and also back pain. I had been taking tibetan medicine medicine since 1 year. M i not cured???

Yes it could be peptic ulcer disease or gall stone disease or could be pancreatitis also.
