Burning sensation in lower back and keg

Since last 3 days i am having some stress in lower back and burning sensation in outer thigh knee and below the knee in calf area . While walking the left feet feels little stressed not exactly painful . But this burning sensation is driving me crazy . Got physiotherapy relieved a bit but again after getting up in the morning it us the same .

Get an MRI done. Maintain good posture with straight spine. Do back and core muscle strengthening exercises. Tab axogurd sr at bedtime for 2 weeks (This should help with the burning sensation)

Its nerve compression from lower spine so radiculopathy is in leg. Get mri lumber spine done and consult
