I m feeling burning sensation at the back. Sometimes upper area and sometimes between shoulder blades. Tenderness is there. Is there any problem in esophagus or issue is related to something else.

take shorter and frequent meals ,,avoid being empty stomach for longer hours,do not lie down after dinner walk atleast for 10 min.
