I feel burning sensation in urine and pain and burning sensation in penis glans
I notice some red marks in my penis glans.

Need to do now:
1) Drink plenty of water.

It may be due to urinary tract infection. If u don't have fever or bleeding with urine or lowback pain then Nothing to be so worry. Increase your daily water intake.

The symptoms are most likely suggestive of a UTI. It could also be an STD. Are you sexually active? Do you have a fever?

Hi , burning urination might be due to less consumption of water for fluid and the red marks might be due to to infection are recent intercourse so don't worry increase intake of fluids or water

It can be because of UTI. Do the following--
1. you maintain high grade of personal hygiene.
2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton underclothes.
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
