Don't worry it's not oral cancer. Looks like the tooth is infected. You might need a root canal treatment or extraction of tooth.
Next Steps
Visit dentist and get an xray

Hello When there is infection, there can be pus accumulation in the gum region. After checking the tooth and xray, dentist can decide what should be done. These conditions usually can treated by Root canal therapy. Some times any foreign body obstruction such as popcorn etc can also lead to swelling in the gum.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for thorough clinical examination and advise regarding the treatment plan

It must be an abscess around the cavitated tooth. You should get a clinical examination done and iopa of the same so that treatment can be started. Most probably either RCT will be done . Please don't panic Thank you

Hi, Please visit a dentist and get an X-ray for the tooth. You need to get it treated immediately. Please refrain from google diagnosis. This is a tooth or gum infection.
