Bumps on back of the tongue

Is it normal to have bumps on back of the tongue.its more then 5 years I have this bumps on my back of tongue.its not painful and I don't have any difficulty in swallowing food.I visit several doctors but they said this are normals.Is there any medicene to get rid from these buds.

These are circumvallate papillae which contain taste buds. Don't worry it's absolutely normal.
