There are different types of ulcers which occurs in oral cavity. Most common are apthous ulcer, which occurs due to stress or any tension, especially students will get during exams. But as I told various other ulcers due to vitamin deficiency, some times viral infections also occur. Visit dentist to rule out n diagnose properly.  But nothing to worry.
