Namaskaram, "Healthy teeth is not a destination it is a way of life". Brushing and Flossing are equally important to maintain good oral hygiene . There are a couple of instruction that can be followed to maintain a good and healthy oral caviyty. 1. Brushing twice a day for not less than two minutes - removes all the microbes and food particles 2. To brush using proper brushing techniques. 3. To floss every time you brush. 4. To use mouth washes that give a refreshing breath. Of all these visiting a dentist for every six month for a routine dental check up so that any initial caries can be detected and addressed immediately and a round of professional scaling can be undergone .
