Brushing and Flossing are equally important to maintain good oral hygiene . There are a couple of instruction that can be followed to maintain a good and healthy oral caviyty.
1. Brushing twice a day for not less than two minutes - removes all the microbes and food particles
2. To brush using proper brushing techniques.
3. To floss every time you brush.
4. To use mouth washes that give a refreshing breath.
Of all these visiting a dentist for every six month for a routine dental check up so that any initial caries can be detected and addressed immediately and a round of professional scaling can be undergone .
