Hello doctor, I am on an ovulation-induction. My follicle grew on the left side and I received one support injection + an egg-quality injection during the cycle. On 18th Nov my scan showed the follicle had already ruptured, and I was given an HCG trigger and advised intercourse. My endometrial lining was 9 mm. I am now using progesterone vaginally twice daily. Today I noticed a very tiny amount of brown discharge mixed with the melted progesterone, and 1–2 extremely small specks of red blood. It happened only twice and stopped. There is no fresh bleeding or pain. My UPT is due on 5th December. Could this spotting be due to implantation or progesterone, or is it an early sign of period? Should I be concerned or continue the progesterone normally
