Hi I am 28 years old n over weight. Can I start eating brown rice twice a day every day instead of white rice, does this will help me to reduce weight

Hello, Yes, you can. 1/2 bowl or rice in place of 1 roti is okay. Add vegetables to it. Also take daal/curd along with it.

have a balanced meal with proper portions of all the food groups. substituting brown rice to white doesn't help if you don't control your portions.
