Brown discharge in the mid cycle

I had my period from 23rd Oct to 28th Oct. Now since 2 days I am getting brown discharge. The colour varies from black to brown to red. I am not sexually active. Is this periods or ovulation bleeding. The discharge is not somewhere in between mild to heavy. I have to change 3 liners in a whole day. No other symptom or pain.

This is not your periods you should not bleed before 21 days You need investigations to find out the reason for this abnormal bleeding
