Brown discharge in the mid cycle

I had my period from 23rd Oct to 28th Oct. Now since 2 days I am getting brown discharge. The colour varies from black to brown to red. I am not sexually active. Is this periods or ovulation bleeding. The discharge is not somewhere in between mild to heavy. I have to change 3 liners in a whole day. No other symptom or pain.
